I believe everyone deserves to live surrounded by beauty; defining it, is up to you; leave the execution to me! I seek to balance form and function in every space I touch, and feel that good design allows homes to be lived in, not just looked at.

THE BUNGALOW on SHINE
TPN was commissioned to provide an entire home decor and branding for a fully renovated 3 bed/3 bath Airbnb Project in tourist-friendly Orlando, FL. This was a hybrid e-design + finishing touches project.
Our client previously owned a hunter green sofa that she designated for the living room and wanted a design that featured shades of green throughout the property. TPN designed three bedrooms, the Sun Room; the Moon Room; and the Earth Room, and selected coordinating en-suite bathroom decor, designated a dining space, and 2nd floor common area (using client's existing furniture). The client's priority was to make a lasting impression with potential guests while keeping investment dollars to a minimum. Convertible sofa's were used to maximize sleeping spaces wherever possible
What we did:
-Selected and installed wallpaper
-Selected and custom-framed all artwork
-Painted headboard feature wall in the Moon Room
-Selected oversized artwork and built custom frame for stairway landing
-Selected all furnishings and decor [except where noted above]
-Shopped for finishing touches and styled home for guests
